You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all your personal data and progress will be permanently removed within 30 days.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use forEach content for personal, non-commercial learning purposes only.

5.3 Restrictions

Your interview success depends on many factors beyond the scope of this platform.

While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties about:

  • The completeness or accuracy of content
  • The suitability of content for specific purposes
  • The absence of errors or omissions

Content is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.

6.3 Third-Party Services

We use third-party services (Firebase, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) for authentication and analytics. We are not responsible for these third-party services or their policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, forEach shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or opportunities
  • Service interruptions or errors
  • Third-party actions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use forEach (currently $0, as the service is free).
